I want to copy lyrics that I have inserted into a stave then paste them to duplicate them. I can copy them but cannot find how to paste them!

Suppose you want to copy lyrics inserted in th "Soprano" staff to the "Tenor" staff, you :
  • select the Soprano staff in "Edit lyrics" mode
  • select the content Ctrl-A and copy it Ctrl-C
  • close the edition window
  • select the Tenor staff in "Edit lyrics" mode
  • select the content Ctrl-A and paste the lyrics Ctrl-V

The same is true as well if you wish to copy lyrics between verses on the same staff.  There is no way to do this while the cursor is positioned in the lyrics line; it can be done only in the editing window.
