Windows and Linux version:how much licence?

When using Windows and Linux, you must download the Windows version and Linux version for the same software.
Only one license we have to buy?
or
we have to buy 2 licenses?

However, you can try using HA with Wine on Linux.
The licence is then the same as on a Windows OS.
