Hi,
 
how to change the time of a measurement?
for example,
I change a measure from 4/4 to 3/4
I change a measure of 4/4 in 3/4 +1/8

In both cases, use the "Clef tools palette" (Windows menu) and use the 3rd tool (4 4 icon). Then, you can assign the actual time (e.g. 7/4) and the displayed time (e.g. 3/4 + 1/ Simply make sure that the actual time matches the notes you want to place in the measure.
Note : a time change occurs only at the beginning of a bar. So, if you place it in the middle of an existing bar, the bar will be split.
