Does anybody know of any way of producing a tablature for an Anglo concertina in Harmony Assistant?
Or maybe a script?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you can define your own instrument.
Basically, you can start with a predefined tablature (could the Irish accordion be close enough to what you need ?)
Then, you try Staves>Tablature and click on the "Edit" button. You'll get a window showing the current definitions of keys, notes and push/pull direction with the 3 tabs (general, right and left hands). Once you've made the changes, in the "gereneral" tab, change the name and use the "save" button. In the future, you'll be able to load the instrument via Staves>Tablature>Edit>Load.
I've got a concertina but honestly, I can't really play it and I've never had to use HA to create any tablature for it. However, I do think creating a personalized intrument/tab can be done with HA.

Thanks BUBU42,
That certainly sounds of the way to go.
I bought a couple of Lachenal 20 button Anglo concertinas
mainly as a restoration projet,  but I'm now getting more interest in playing them, hence the a need for some form of tablature.
Thanks again for your suggestions, I'll give it a go.

OK. Once you've taken a glimpse at the default settings of the tablature, I bet you'll manage to adapt them. Anyway, feel free to ask the forum if necessary. I know there are quite a few  seasoned accordionists who can also give very useful tips.

Hello bubu42,
I was just delving in to the tablature as you sent your reply.
As you say the Irish accordion Tabs in C/G seem exactly the same as these two concertinas.
So should be relatively easy to adapt.  I Hope!
