Requests / Requests for a new feature / Explicit Only Accidentals Representation |

From the manual “When you see an accidental (sharp, flat...) before a note, that note and all the notes in the same bar and on the same line (or space) are affected.” This is an option request for the explicit only use of accidentals. A note would only be sharp or flat if it had a sharp or flat before it. Subsequent naturals and non displayed flats and sharps would be eliminated. I find a need for this in theory references. There is certainly no need for performance/play or for a reading score but it would help with visibility of theoretical work. |

Requests / Requests for a new feature / Re: Moving Individual Notes Horizontally |

If you want to avoid collision between the 2 note heads, you can check the "reversed body" (or something like that) in the first tab, for the F. Note that when I inserted E and F at the same time position with mouse click, the E head is toward left and the F head is reverted, towards the right, automatically. If you want also to change stem direction for individual notes, you'd better use 2 voices (merged staves) |

Requests / Requests for a new feature / Transposition of Midi Input |

I would like to request an option that when entering notation from a midi keyboard, the note you hear as the key is pressed is immediately transposed. So that if I want to enter notes that will be transposed for Eb Alto Sax upon playback, they will also be transposed immediately upon entering the note. This already is true for mouse input but for midi keyboard input the non-transposed note is what you hear upon entry. |

EDIT: Discussion continued here, I close this thread. Hello Arietta, I edited your post to make it easier to read. For the timing issue, I also noticed sometimes that VS is gradually singing faster than the instruments. This is probably due to issue with a specific phoneme. I isolated a case in Hungarian they fixed, but there can still have some problems. By the way, French or English are implemented since very long time and I didn't encounter the problem on French. Could you provide a .myr file where you encounter the timing issue? I'm not sure you are talking about the same thing I noticed. Maybe we can locate the word(s) which causes the issue? |
