Expanding Note Values

Hello,
 
I'm looking to double all note values, thus expanding the score.
Is this possible?
 
Can't find any reference to such a function either within the list of scipts or in the forum.

Edit > Actions > Change duration > Multiply duration by 2

 
Before, uncheck Option menu > Limit editing to one bar
 
and of course if you have clef / time signature / tonality change, you'll have to move them... Hope you don't have
